At Nalli Silk Sarees, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our handcrafted weaves. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the saree remains in its original condition with all tags intact.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the saree is unwashed, unworn, and folded in its original packaging with the silk mark and price tags attached for our verification team.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your registered address through our trusted logistics partners.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the product undergoes a successful quality check at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment mode within 7-10 business days.
